What is our patient portal?

The portal offers patients at the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center the convenience of securely reviewing patient information, receiving test results, requesting appointments for procedures, and viewing other components of their medical records. Access to the portal is available at no cost, and enrollment is optional.

After logging into the patient portal, you'll click the Visits button and select Appointments and Visits. Next to your appointment information, there will be a green eCheck-In button, taking you to the form. At the end of the form, you will electronically sign the document. After clicking the Submit button, your eCheck-In will be complete.

How long does it take to respond to a patient portal?

Emergencies should be directed to either an Emergency Room or to 911! Response time for a non-emergency matter is 48 to 72 hours.

CPC is offering the Patient Portal free of charge to make your medical information more accessible to you and to help you live a healthier life. Your privacy is important to us. You will receive a notice in your personal email account when there is important information in your patient portal account for you to review.
