Signing in to the portal is as easy as logging in to check your bank account. During your next visit with your provider, make sure to request that your portal account be activated. One of our helpful staff will be glad to assist you, ensuring you are ready to connect with us before you conclude your visit.

Who is Jen Genthe?

Jen Genthe is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has been working with children and adolescents in the clinic setting since 2005. She is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska. Jen attended the University of Nebraska Medical center where she obtained her Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nursing Degrees. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), providing experienced assistance and support to breast feeding mothers and their babies. She has previously worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center for 8 years and as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Children’s Hospital with the Cardiothoracic Surgery team for 1 ½ years.

Who is Linda Tucker?

Linda Tucker is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Complete Children’s Health in 2004 worked as a pediatric physician assistant for 12 years.

Who is Laura Tvrdy?

Laura Tvrdy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Complete Children’s Health in 2021, Laura worked as an emergency medicine physician assistant for 8 years. Laura is originally from Lincoln and completed her Master’s at UNMC in Omaha.

What is MyChart?

MyChart is an online medical records system used by many major health care systems including Children’s Health℠. MyChart provides a comprehensive digital dashboard of your child’s health care needs and can be accessed in English and Spanish, both online and via the free smartphone app.

How do I download the MyChart mobile app?

To get the app, download the MyChart Mobile app from the Apple App Store or MyChart for Android on Google play.

What is pre-check in?

Pre-check in is a feature available through MyChart that allows you to complete the check-in process before you arrive for your child’s appointment. You will receive a MyChart notification that pre-check in is available 24 hours prior to your appointment.
