How do I register a parent to the patient portal?

For parents new to the patient portal, please take a few minutes and watch the short video containing instructions for completing the registration from a Welcome Email or Text message sent from Complete Children’s Health, basic portal navigation, sending messages, and much more!

When will my request be processed by complete children's health?

The information will solely be used by Complete Children’s Health. Your request will be processed within 24 hours, during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. If you do not accept the terms of this disclaimer, you will not be able to process your request on-line.

Who is Cassie Van Pelt?from completechildrenshealth.com

Cassie Van Pelt is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has worked with children and adolescents in the hospital setting since 2014. She is originally from Aurora, Nebraska. Cassie attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she obtained her Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nursing Degrees. She is both acute and primary care certified. She has previously worked as a pediatric intensive care nurse for 5 years and as a Cardiac Care Unit Nurse Practitioner for 2 years at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha. She is engaged to Taylor and they have one dog, Molly. Outside of the office, Cassie enjoys being a dog mom and aunt to her niece, Hayden
