Boost patient safety by giving clinicians the info they need to make the most informed care decisions.
Patients are able to print information from the portal. Anything you print from the patient portal is your responsibility. To protect your privacy, keep these papers safe. Do not leave printed materials out in a public area for others to view.

I was then joined by my associate Dr. Hemang Dave, MD. It was 2 years later that we decided to broaden our practice and try to include access to more than just medical oncology and hematology. Now our practice has grown to include Dr. Kaleem Ahmad, MD and Dr. Fahd Rahman. We wanted our patients to have access to nutritional counseling, social services and psychological counseling. We wanted our patients to feel as if they were treated as a whole person, not just as a diagnosis. We also wanted them to have hopefulness and even some joy when they came to our office. We had artist Jeanne Elodie paint murals in the waiting rooms and the examining rooms to help brighten them, knowing that many patients are frightened in an oncologist’s office. We then chose the name "Hope Community Cancer Center". The HOPE logo includes a tree, which I wanted to represent the "Tree of Life". Artist Susan Weis took this idea and placed a heart in the center of the tree, to represent our strong desire to treat our patients not only with the best clinical medicine but also with tender loving care, with "heart". We hope that you will find our community cancer center has just the right balance for you and your loved ones.#N#- Dr. Julianne Childs

Patient Portal FAQs Q. What is the MEDENT Patient Portal? A. The MEDENT Patient Portal provides you with secure, online access to portions of your medical records, as well as an easy and convenient way to communicate with the practice through a secure internet connection. Think of it as an online account for your doctor’s office, similar to online banking or credit card accounts you may currently have. Once you are logged into your portal account, the information you view pulls from your own personal medical record. Only you will have access to your health records, including any messages or information sent to you from the practice. With the patient portal you will be able to: 1 Send and receive non-urgent messages and information from your doctor’s office, including test results and educational material 2 Easily notify the practice of changes to your personal information, including phone number, address, and insurance changes 3 Request a refill for a medication prescribed by a provider at the practice 4 View upcoming and previous appointments, including the doctor and location of those appointments 5 View and/or print your current medications and allergies list
You will also need an email address. The email address you provide is only used to notify you when you have a new message in your portal account.
