How do I enroll in the CMA Patient Portal?

Community Medical Associates Starting June 28, 2021, CMA patients will transition to the same Patient Portal that all Lawrence General Hospital patients currently use. To complete your enrollment, follow this link to set your patient portal user ID and password. CMA will archive each patient’s entire medical record collection for exactly one year.
