As of Feb. 1, 2020 patients who were seen at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital, or NewYork-Presbyterian Ambulatory Care Network can access their medical records through our new patient portal Connect, www.myconnectnyc.org.
The patient portal is a personal health information site, hosted by NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, through Cerner Health, which lets you make secure connections with health providers at NYP Brooklyn Methodist and manage your own personal health information.
If you are an existing account user, you can access your account here. Using your NYP Brooklyn Methodist portal ID and password, you also have the ability to connect health applications and download your records.
