How long is a delay in CCFM?
Our clinicians occasionally run behind with their appointments. If the delay is longer than 15 minutes, a CCFM staff member will call to let you know. The same amount of time, attention and care will be devoted to your appointment. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment as well as on the day of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
When will Zoom appointments be available in October 2021?
October 2021 appointments will be available by 9 pm PT on July 20th. If you have a Zoom appointment scheduled, the link for your appointment is in your Secure Messages. (Note that each care team member has their own link.) Our clinicians occasionally run behind with their appointments.
