The patient portal allows you to give us that information without coming in to our office. When you get logged in, the main portal page looks like this: There are four areas on the left-hand side menu that we need you to fill out. The arrows point to the ones you want to click.

What are the treatment options for anorectal hemorrhoids?

We also offer advanced procedures such as saline-assisted polypectomy. Benign anorectal care: Such as hemorrhoid banding, incision and drainage of thrombosed hemorrhoids and abscesses. Topical treatment for anal condyloma is also available.

How long does it take to get a response from a patient portal?

If you do not receive a response within 72 hours , you should contact the office. Patient portal communication is intended only for the patient that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID.

How to get lab results from FollowMyHealth?

Get your lab results by reading the directions on the portal home page. Please contact your pharmacy for prescription refills. Allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills to be completed. FollowMyHealth is NOT to be used for urgent or emergency communications.
