Is the patient portal different from my pm pediatric care telemedicine account?

IMPORTANT: The patient portal is different from your PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine account. Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine

How do I set up a portal login for a patient?

You will need your phone number and the patient’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart. The email subject line will be “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

COVID-19 Vaccines Now Available

Our office now has Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines available for our patients ages 6 months and up! We also have third doses (boosters) for ages 5 and up, due 5 months after the second dose.
