If you would like to sign up for the Patient Portal you must currently be a patient of Clinical Associates. You can then call your Primary Care Office and request a token to become a member. If you're already a member of our patient portal you can click below to sign in.
Whether your child is seeing a Children’s National Hospital specialist or one of our primary care pediatricians, you can manage your child’s health information, access medical records and more through our online patient portals. Please do not use the patient portals if your child requires immediate assistance.

To request a refill/referral : Once you are in the patient portal, look to the left side under “Messages” and click either “Refill Request” or “Referral Request.”. Please follow the instructions and submit. This comes into your child’s record and a clinical employee will communicate with you via either the portal or by phone.
For non-urgent physician communications : Once in the patient portal, look to the left side under “Messages” and click “Ask a Doctor,” follow the instructions, and submit. This comes into your child’s record and a clinical employee will communicate with you either through the portal or by a phone call. Please be sure to include a phone number that you can be reached at.
To complete the questionnaires for annual well visits : Once you are in the patient portal, look to the left side under “Questionnaires” and click on “Medical History.” Click onto your child’s age of exam, answer the questions, and submit. This feeds into your child’s chart.
You can get the patient's MRN any of the following ways: The patient's MRN can be found on: discharge documents, clinic notes, the patient's hospital bracelet or a billing statement. Call 866-355-0385 and select Option 1. Call Medical Records at 202-476-5267 and select Option 7.
Please do not use the patient portals if your child requires immediate assistance. Call your physician's office directly . If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
