To protect the privacy and security of your health information- If SRMC does not have an email address on file that matches your enrollment request, you will NOT be able to enroll until that information is provided.
You will receive a return email within 1-2 business days about the status of your Portal enrollment, along with a temporary logon and password, which is needed to set up your account.
After activation, you can begin accessing your Patient Portal by visiting ShastaRegional.com and logging in with your username and password.
Your test results in most cases will be available 36 hours after discharge.
