What is my Patient Portal?

Patient Portals for Medical Records and to Request an Appointment Patients now have access to MyChart, a secure, online health management tool that connects you to your care team and important information from your record. If you already have a Cleveland Clinic MyChart account, you do not need to sign up again.

How to view radiology results?

You will be able to view the text report of your radiology test results with the Test Results section of your app account. However, you will need to call the Contact Center on 800 8 2223 (select Option 2), or visit the medical records section to obtain copies of your radiology images.
