How do I report a late payment to Cleco?

If a customer's account is delinquent, and a payment is made at an authorized payment center, the customer should call Cleco customer service at 1-800-622-6537 to report the payment.

How do I set up a MyAccount if Cleco doesn’t have an email address on file for me?

You can still set up a MyAccount; however, you will need to use your zip code and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please note you can only use these two forms of identification if there are no email addresses in Cleco’s system on your account.
