Pa Lee is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive nursing experience at Catawba Valley Medical Center where she served as Operating Room Business Manager and coordinated urology and robotic procedures while pursuing advanced education. Fluent in Hmong, Pa has served as an interpreter for the hospital since 1998. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011 and completed her Masters Degree in Nursing from South University in 2015. She is excited to serve patients in the Claremont community as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Lynne received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree with a specialty in Family Practice in 2016, and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), the North Carolina Nurses Association (NCNA) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Lynne has been involved in health care in Catawba County since 1988. She has served on mission teams and enjoys working with community and population health issues, as well as spending time with her family hiking, camping and scuba diving.
Jim Fox, PA-C, a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine, has worked in the Catawba County area since 2003. After completing WFU Medical School Physician Assistant program, he has worked in family practice, emergency care, geriatric rehab, and psychiatry. PA Fox is board certified by the National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and also a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Jim and his wife, Christina, are the parents of four daughters Jordan, Hannah, Sydney, and Sara Grace and one son Zachary. PA Fox enjoys travel and spending time with his family in his spare time.
