Visitation Policy. Claiborne Medical Center’s primary concern is for the welfare and speedy recovery of our patients. With COVID-19 there have been changes to our visitation policy. If you have any questions about our visitation policy, please call (423) 626-4211 before you visit.
Gift Shop hours are Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and additional afternoons as volunteers are available.

The hospital cannot be held responsible for the loss of money or other valuables kept in your room. Please do not bring valuables with you to the hospital. If possible, send them home with a family member or check your valuables with the nursing house supervisor before or immediately upon going to your room.
Visitors and guests who choose to use tobacco products will be required to leave the Claiborne Medical Center campus before using tobacco products.
