Crozer Health patient portals make it easy for patients to securely access their inpatient and outpatient results and also view and pay bills online. On November 2, 2021, Crozer Health will launch a consolidated patient portal, called HealthLink, for both inpatient and outpatient care.
The Patient Portal gives patients 24/7 access to records, labs, and secure messages, anywhere and on any device. Patients can update demographics, complete forms and questionnaires, request prescription refills, access educational materials, request appointments through healow® Open Access®, join a telehealth visit, make a payment, and more.

When you have a medical imaging service at a Crozer Health imaging facility, you can register with Health Companion to see a clinical summary of the events, including known problems, current medications and allergies and more.
CK Foster Parents are required to participate in this online training annually from the date of previous participation. CK Foster Parents are required to participate in a minimum of 3 hours of Cultural Competency Training annually. If you participated in this class previously on July 1, 2015 you must do so again on or before July 1, 2016 to remain in good standing.
CK Foster Parent are required to participate in this 2.5 hour online training annually from the date of previous participation. If you participated in this class previously on July 1, 2015 you must do so again on or before July 1, 2016 to remain in good standing. You can access the training by tapping here. Please remember to return your certificate and completed Form 2759 to your CK Case Manager to receive credit for this class. Each Foster Parent must submit their own individual certificate and you must also complete the Acknowledgement Form 2759, which you can download here, and turn in attached to your training certificate.
CK Foster Parents must participate in CPR & First Aid certification classes every two years from the date of the previous certification. If you previously took these classes on July 1, 2014 you would need to recertify on or before July 1, 2016 to remain in good standing. Please note that CK is only able to accept in person, face-to-face classes that include a written test for this requirement. Online CPR & First Aid classes will not be accepted. Please ensure that the CPR portion includes infant, child, and adult instructions.
CK Foster Parents must complete a minimum of 4 hours of behavior management training annually (8 hours if caring for treatment services children). CK currently only accepts behavior management classes that are pre-approved by CK.
