For a limited time you will still be able to access your Circle Health patient portal. This portal will contain information prior to April 2, 2022. Please note that after April 2, 2022 the portal will be read-only and NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING INCOMING MESSAGES.

Full Circle Health receives Health & Human Services funding and is a deemed employee of the Public Health Service; this status provides protection to Full Circle Health with respect to certain health and health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

The online Patient Portal is the one place you need to go to manage your health anytime, anywhere. Schedule appointments, send messages, and view your test results and billing online without having to schedule an appointment or wait on the phone. Urgent care is available on a WALK-IN basis at this time. Online and phone scheduling have been suspended, even with a physician referral. COVID-19 testing for travel purposes is now available.

Patient Service Center - Tewksbury Main Street

With locations available throughout the Merrimack Valley, patients needing blood draws, imaging services, pre-screening and outpatient testing have a Lowell General Hospital Patient Service Center convenient and accessible to home or work.
