My patient confidentiality was BREACHED by this office, due to someone who works within the offices gossiping in her office about MY personal business. I have complained, and my messages and refill requests have been ignored by them ever since.

Dr. Crooker is outstanding. In addition to being highly knowledgeable and up to date, he is an excellent communicator that listens well. I’ve been seeing him for about 7 years. He’s been compassionate about helping me get a costly drug at reduced cost to help with damaged nerves caused by breast cancer surgery and radiation.
