The Christiana Care Patient Portal is a free, secure online application that gives patients the ability to access portions of their Christiana Care health records including diagnostic testing results and provider notes.

How do I contact patient relations at Christiana Hospital?

Patient Relations offices are in the main lobbies of Christiana and Wilmington hospitals. To call Patient Relations from inside the hospital, dial 4608 at Wilmington Hospital or 1340 at Christiana Hospital. From outside, call 302-320-4608 or 302-733-1340.

All ChristianaCare practices use Video Visits, including primary care, specialty areas, women’s health and pediatrics. Connections are secure and HIPAA compliant.

Your Safety is Our Priority

Patient Hospital and Physician Bills

ChristianaCare assists patients with all questions related to hospital bills. Customer Service business hours are: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday. Insurance Coverage

It is suggested that you discuss your coverage with your insurance carrier before seeking treatment. Please confirm the extent of your medical insurance coverage and find out if your insurance is accepted at your ChristianaCare provider.

ChristianaCare’s Financial Assistance Program was created to assist uninsured and underinsured individuals to explore the options to pay for services that are urgently needed and medically necessary.
