Winter Weather Advisory

Our office will be closed Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, due to inclement weather. We apologize for any inconvenience. As always, our Emergency Departments remain open 24/7.

New patients

We schedule new patient meeting once a month where families get to meet our providers and staff members, learn about our practice, tour our facility, and ask us any questions. Please call the office during regular scheduled hours for an appointment.

Office visits

All patients are seen by appointment only. For routine problems and check-ups, please call as far in advance as possible so that we may schedule your child's appointment at a time that is convenient for you. We have appointment schedules available approximately three months in advance.

MyCHOP

MyCHOP is a free service that offers patients/parents secure online access to portions of their or their child’s medical record using a web browser or mobile app. With a MyCHOP account you can:

Coming to an appointment

Please plan to check in with your child 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Running late for an appointment

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment we may not be able to see your child. You will either be moved to the next available appointment or be asked to reschedule.

Cancelling appointments

Please call 609-877-1500 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment in advance will be considered a no show. Well/Physical appointments are scheduled six months in advance.

Insurance and payments

Please call your insurance company to discuss your out-of-pocket expenses and covered services.

Observed Holidays 2022

Please be aware that our offices will be closed on the following dates in observance of the holidays. If your child needs care when our office is closed, you can visit an Urgent Care location or our Emergency Department, which is open 24/7/365. You can also speak with an after hours nurse by calling our office and following the prompts.

Acne Express: On-demand Dermatology Care

Acne Express is a virtual consult service that uses secure photograph submissions to assess your child’s acne. This service is available to patients 8 to 17 years old in New Jersey and Pennsylvania who have a MyCHOP account.

COVID-19 Tests

CHOP performs COVID-19 testing using PCR testing and obtains the specimen using the less invasive anterior nares testing swabs. Results of PCR tests are generally available within 24 to 48 hours. You do not need to be a current CHOP patient to schedule an appointment at a CHOP testing site. Please note testing is available by appointment only.
