MyPatients is a portal for referring providers and practice staff to view clinical information about their patients’ care at Boston Children’s. Clinicians with an active NPI number can Register for a MyPatients account. Clinicians with an active MyPatients account can sponsor accounts for practice staff by submitting a Sponsorship Agreement.
MyPatients Provider Portal MyPatients is a convenient, secure and easy-to-use web-based tool for referring providers to view information about the care their patients receive at Boston Children’s Hospital. Primary care providers (PCP) can view any patient records where their practice is listed as the patient's PCP.

BCHP is now offering visits via telemedicine with both our primary care pediatricians and our specialists. Telemedicine provides an alternative tool to evaluate patients, allowing BCHP providers to consult and care for patients remotely using video-conferencing technology.
