You can enroll in the patient portal online or through printed forms. We'll provide directions for both. If you have a patient portal account for one child, you can add additional children to your account. We'll help you get started. We can help you get access to patient portal accounts for patients over the age of 18.
Once a patient is 18 years old, they will have to grant permission to their parents in order to allow access to their MyChildrensMercy account. 7. Who do I call for help with the portal?
