What is Chi?

CHI is a nonprofit health care center of South Florida that offer quality comprehensive primary and behavioral health care services. CHI provides a “one-stop-shop” model where the community are seamless, affordable, accessible and culturally sensitive.

What services do we offer at Chi?

Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is a ‘‘deemed” facility under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). The FTCA is the legal mechanism for compensating people who may have suffered personal injury by the negligent or wrongful action of employees of the U.S. Government.

The Florida Department of Health is excited to offer Florida Health Connect, a secure, convenient way to manage your health and communicate directly with your clinician online. Florida Health Connect is a patient portal that is free to everyone receiving services at any local county health department. The portal allows you to more actively engage with your care team at a time that works best for you.

What is WIC nutrition?
