What is the Personal Health Record? The Indian Health Service Personal Health Record helps you access your health information. You can track medications, get your lab results, contact your healthcare provider, and much more—all from the privacy of your personal computer and mobile device.

When is PHR updated?

The PHR is updated on Thursdays between 10 and 11 p.m. EST. During this brief window, you may find logging into your PHR account slow or challenging. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is a PHR?

Healthcare issues can be frightening, overwhelming—that’s why we want to make the process look and feel as comfortable as if you were at home. We are committed to providing a personal physician to you who oversees all of your healthcare needs, coordinates your care across all settings, and uses the most recent healthcare practices. This coordination includes guiding you across all of CIHA’s assets, including our main Hospital, various clinics across the Qualla Boundary, and other healthcare resources we have available to you.
