Not a problem! You can reset your password on the Patient Portal login page by clicking ‘Trouble logging in’ and selecting the ‘Forgot my password’ option. CHC provides ongoing, comprehensive dental care to adults and children who have Washington Apple Health or private dental insurance. If you are uninsured, we offer urgent dental care with our discount program. Please call the dental clinic nearest you to schedule an appointment.
