A video visit on the CHAS Health App is as simple as connecting to other technology you use regularly, and CHAS staff are here to support patients through the experience as needed.

Mobile Health, or mHealth , is a program for several chronic health conditions that benefit from regular monitoring. With medical devices that connect by Bluetooth to the CHAS Health App, your health monitoring information is shared with your medical team. If your measures are out of normal range or missing, your care team reaches out to you immediately.

Does Chas Health accept Medicaid?

CHAS Health accepts many different kinds of insurance, including private insurance, Medicare, Washington and Idaho Medicaid plans, and many different dental plans. If insurance doesn’t cover your care, we offer payment on a sliding scale.

How long does it take to get a copy of a health record?

Health record requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date the request is received. CHAS may charge a fee for copying health records. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding the status of a request, please contact the Health Records Department at 509.434.0381 or 866.840.2427.
