What is the MyChart patient portal?

The St. Charles MyChart patient portal offers you, our Central Oregon patients, personalized and secure online access to portions of your medical records, as well as multiple tools to help you manage your care. MyChart is accessible through a web browser or mobile application.

Where does the information in the patient portal come from?

All of the information in the patient portal comes from your Memorial electronic health record. In addition to handling your own care, parents and healthcare proxies with authorized consent have the ability to access the records of those individuals for whom they manage care.

What are the benefits of the patient portals?

These interactive web portals enable all patients and their families to take an active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to health information. All of the information in the patient portal comes from your Memorial electronic health record.

Is Mill City medical accepting new patients?

All Physicians Currently Accepting New Patients! Mill City Medical's Patient Portal with Healow is an important tool that our patients can use to communicate directly with their doctor on non-urgent medical matters. When you come in for your next visit, ask any of our office staff to help get you set up.

How long does it take to get a MyChart account?from mychart.stcharleshealthcare.org

We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, it could take up to two days for processing and verification. Once approved you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account. If you have an existing record with St. Charles or a Community Affiliate and your information matches what we have in our system, you will be granted access immediately.
