Who is Chapel Hill pediatrics and adolescents?

The physicians, pediatric nurses and administrative staff of Chapel Hill Pediatrics and Adolescents have provided pediatric health care in the Triangle area for over 50 years, spanning several generations of families. We have two pediatric office locations: one in Chapel Hill, NC and one in Durham, NC.

How do I access the patient online portal?

You can access our patient online portal after registering at the office, or by requesting a portal account by emailing us at frontdesk@chcc.pcc.com. Please note that communications that require a significant amount of time and medical decision-making on the part of the physician will incur a charge.

To expedite your first appointment, please arrive a few minutes early to complete registration forms so that we have all the necessary information to treat your child. You may also download and print the forms from this website, fill them out ahead of time, and bring them with you to the first appointment.
