- COVID-19 vaccinations are given Monday through Friday by appointment. Please call 334-756-0758 for appointment. Pediatric Pfizer is only offered on Fridays.

Hours of Operation
- Clinic and environmental hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Home health hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. Home health staff is on-call seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
