Office Hours

Appts are available. M-F 8AM - 6:00PM and for calls M-F 7:30AM - 6:30PM. Acute visits are Saturdays and Sundays from 8AM - 11:30AM and for calls 7:30AM - Noon. Our afterhours call center is available for urgent needs. We ask that all prescription requests be handled during normal business hours.

From the very first newborn checkup in the hospital to the unique health concerns of adolescents and every childhood illness in between, our caring providers have the expertise to help you safely navigate the sometimes confusing waters of children's health care.

Privacy and Security

The privacy and security of your health information is very important to us. We will protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Our Patient Portal secures the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. All communications occur over a secure connection.

Online Payments

The online payment function provided in the portal adheres to PCI Compliance guidelines, thereby providing some level of security for transmitted transactions and transaction data. These provisions protect your financial information, but should not be considered perfect.

Non-Urgent Matters

The Portal should never be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office (269) 969-8723, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances. The Portal is not a substitute for appropriate and timely contact with your provider.
