How do I use the online patient portal?

Our online patient portal allows you to communicate with us easily and safely — according to your schedule. Using your own secure password, you can log into the online patient portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort and privacy of your home or office. Communicate with your doctor by sending and receiving secure messages

How do I connect Cedars-Sinai to another health system?

To enable this functionality, Cedars-Sinai and another health system must first identify matching medical records. If there is a match, you can connect your records for the available organizations under the Settings tab in the External Health Accounts feature. How can I revoke an app or service from accessing my account?

How long does it take to log out of Healow?

Yes, users will be automatically logged out of Healow after 10 minutes of inactivity.

How old do you have to be to get a Healow account?

No, you must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a Healow account.

Do we store usernames and passwords on Healow?

We do not store your username and password. However, we can let you know what email account you used to set up your Healow account. Then you will need to go to that site and recover it from there.

Is Healow a secure website?

Yes. Healow is a secure Internet site which means your information is encrypted and protected. Healow access is permitted only to authorized users that have been verified through an activation process. Healow members have a unique Healow ID and password that is known only to them.
