Helping Hand Gift Shop

Volunteers run our retail locations in the medical center and the Pavilion lobby. Purchases made at the medical center or online can be delivered free of charge to any patient's room or on-campus employee's office. All proceeds support the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Cedars-Sinai CareLink is a web-based portal that provides affiliate and community referring physicians and vendors access to the charts of Cedars-Sinai patients with whom they have an established clinical relationship.

Maintaining the security and confidentiality of our patients' health information is paramount within Cedars-Sinai. Established procedures and defined access controls support our goal of securing patient information, which is aligned with security requirements for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act.

Can you use a physician's ID in Cedars Sinai?

You may not , under any circumstances, use a physician's or medical staff member's ID or password. If you as an employee or contractor of the physician office have a legitimate business need to access patient records in Cedars-Sinai clinical applications, you may be granted your own user ID and password, provided your need for access can be demonstrated to Cedars-Sinai.

Can Cedars-Sinai employees access PHI?

Cedars-Sinai workforce members (employees, trainees, medical staff members, volunteers, vendors and contractors) may access or obtain protected health information (PHI) only when performing a required clinical or business activity and only if the PHI accessed or obtained is necessary to perform that activity.

If you are opted in for notification emails, you will receive an email when your medical records are ready for download. Getting There

Patients can park in any Cedars-Sinai lot. Self-park and full-service valet rates are as follow: 1st hour free, $5 each hour thereafter and $15 daily maximum. What is included in Cedars Sinai hospital bill?

The hospital bill will include room charges, nursing care, medications, linens and other things you received during your stay.

Do you have to pay deductible for Cedars Sinai?

Depending on your health insurance coverage, you may be responsible for paying an annual deductible and/or copayment for care. Unless you have made other plans, you must pay these fees either when you’re admitted to Cedars-Sinai or at an office visit with your Cedars-Sinai doctor.
