What is the purpose of the patient portal?

To request teen access to My CS-Link, call your Cedars-Sinai pediatric provider, or call the Cedars-Sinai Health Information Department (Medical Records) at 310-423-2259. To request proxy access to your My CS-Link account for your parent or legal guardian, please complete the form below and take it to your next doctor visit.

Helping Hand Gift Shop

Volunteers run our retail locations in the medical center and the Pavilion lobby. Purchases made at the medical center or online can be delivered free of charge to any patient's room or on-campus employee's office. All proceeds support the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

What is Cedars Sinai Carelink?

Cedars-Sinai CareLink is a web-based portal that provides affiliate and community referring physicians and vendors access to the charts of Cedars-Sinai patients with whom they have an established clinical relationship.

What is Cedars Sinai?

Maintaining the security and confidentiality of our patients' health information is paramount within Cedars-Sinai. Established procedures and defined access controls support our goal of securing patient information, which is aligned with security requirements for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act.

Can you use a physician's ID in Cedars Sinai?

You may not , under any circumstances, use a physician's or medical staff member's ID or password. If you as an employee or contractor of the physician office have a legitimate business need to access patient records in Cedars-Sinai clinical applications, you may be granted your own user ID and password, provided your need for access can be demonstrated to Cedars-Sinai.

Can Cedars-Sinai employees access PHI?

Cedars-Sinai workforce members (employees, trainees, medical staff members, volunteers, vendors and contractors) may access or obtain protected health information (PHI) only when performing a required clinical or business activity and only if the PHI accessed or obtained is necessary to perform that activity.

CS-CORE is developing and testing smartphone apps for patients across a range of conditions.
