When will the mask mandate be rescinded?
Although Governor Greg Abbott has rescinded the State mask mandate effective March 10, 2021, at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center we will continue to require that all patients, visitors, staff, and physicians wear a mask at the Hospital and our Clinics in accordance with CDC guidelines. Masks are one of the most important tools in controlling the spread of the coronavirus and our vigilance is more important than ever. We will also continue screening every individual prior to entering the facility.
What does a green armband mean?
All individuals with approved exceptions and screening will receive a green armband which indicates that they are allowed into the facility.
Can you enter a hospital with one visitor?
Patients can enter the hospital with one visitor. Communication will be provided to the patient’s designated contact before surgery, during surgery and post-op. A PIN number will be provided to protect your privacy. Please share your PIN number with designated contact so they may receive updates.
