What is MyHealthHome? MyHealthHome is a free, secure online patient portal that gives you access to your health information anytime, day or night. The new patient portal is powered by MphRx.

How can I access my child’s or other family member’s health information? Privacy & Confidentiality

Will my portal information be secure? Yes. MyHealthHome uses a secure, encrypted connection and all health data is stored on a secure server. Personal and medical information in the MyHealthHome portal remains confidential. Only you – and those you authorize – are able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.

Universal Masking

All persons, including employees/staff, medical staff/providers, patients, visitors and vendors must wear a mask at all times while in the facility. Masks must cover the nose and mouth.

Entrance Screening

Signs describing COVID-19 symptoms and precautions, masking, and visitation policies are posted at public entrances.
