Contrast will be administered through an IV placed in your hand or arm before your exam. When your scan is complete, you’ll be escorted back to the changing room so you can change out of the scrubs and back into your clothing. Once you have changed, your appointment is complete.

Total payroll cost breakdown

SUTA is determined on an individual basis. The 2022 calendar year new employer SUTA rate is 1.60% + a surcharge for a total of 1.85%. The 1.85% includes the following: New employer rate of 1%, a 0.50% base tax rate, a 0.10% workforce development assessment, Federal Loan Interest assessment and additional assessment of 0.25%.

Notes

Participant employers must comply with the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the state of Minnesota and the Service Employees International Union Healthcare Minnesota (SEIU). This includes compliance with the wage, paid time off and holiday pay requirements.
