Family Practice Center, PC, is a large group of primary care physicians in Central Pennsylvania. We offer a wide range of services including family medicine , pediatrics , counseling services , on-site labs and X-rays, physical therapy and much more. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, including very early morning and evening hours at many locations. Some FPC locations also offer Saturday appointments and we have Acute Care Clinics in Selinsgrove, Williamsport and Steelton for your needs on weekends. We have providers on call for after hours acute needs. Call your FPC office location after hours to reach an answering service or obtain after-hours instructions.

The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.
RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.

Emergency Note: There is Always a doctor on call for South Branch Family Practice. Please call the office first, BEFORE you go to any urgent care center. These centers are not covered by most insurances and you will have to pay out of pocket.

You will need a unique email address. The email address you provide is only used to notify you when you have a new message in your portal account. It is treated with the same privacy and care as your health records and will never be sold or leased. It is recommended that you use an email address only you have access to.
In order to have a patient portal account you will need to already be a patient at this practice. To activate your account, you will need to receive an activation code from us. Once you have received the code, you will be able to create your own password.
