The goal is to keep patients as healthy as possible, keep patients out of the hospital, minimize costs as much as possible and continue to provide patients with the best care.

Santa has worked in the healthcare field for 30 years, including more than 25 spent serving the people of Avalon. She has extensive experience working with both children and older adults living with dementia.
