To obtain access on most computers, follow these steps: At the bottom right corner of your screen, right-click on your wireless network connection icon. Click on "View Available Wireless Networks.". On the next screen that appears, click on "Refresh network list.". You should see a Guest account.

What time does the hospital lock?

Your safety and protection is of utmost importance. The hospital locks all outside doors from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The Emergency Department doors remain open at all times. All entrances are continually monitored by our 24-hour security staff and video cameras. Our security staff patrol the hospital and its grounds regularly.

Is Cass Regional a tobacco free hospital?

Cass Regional is a tobacco-free campus. Use of tobacco products is prohibited both inside the facility and on the hospital's grounds. If you are interested in smoking cessation counseling, please contact our respiratory therapy manager at ext. 4160 or talk to your physician.

A Note about Test Results in MyChart

We believe that sharing information builds trust and stronger relationships. Most test results are published immediately in MyChart, which means you may see results even before your provider.

How to enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

How are messages sent to your provider's office transferred?

All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.

Can you access read only medical records?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.

Is RWJBarnabas Health a centralized portal?

RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.
