The CareMount Medical Patient Portal is a fast, safe and secure way to manage your healthcare needs online 24 hours a day. With our patient portal you can: Communicate securely with your provider and healthcare team. Request prescription renewals. Manage your child/children’s (up to age 11) medical records.
Patient Portal Help Line: (914) 242-1555 You will receive a message “Your request has been successfully submitted”. The system will process your request. You usually get it within the hour to your CareMount Portal Inbox, but it may take up to 24 hours for your records to download.
MyChart is for everyone. If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account. You can even manage your child’s health information or request proxy access for other family members (such as elderly parents) with permission. MyChart is completely free and easy to use. Signing up is easy.
Pre-registration provides CaroMont Regional Medical Center the opportunity to contact a patient's insurance plan in advance of their appointment or admission to ensure that appropriate pre-authorizations are obtained from the insurance company. This enables patients to receive the maximum benefit offered by their insurance company.
Your doctor's office will give you forms and instructions about your upcoming admission or surgery. On your scheduled surgery date, please call 704.834.2914. It is necessary for you to complete this step prior to your pre-surgical appointment.
Accounts are considered past due if your payment has not been received within 25 days of the date of statement . If you are unable to pay your balance by the due date, it is your responsibility to contact the Billing Office at 704.834.2931 to discuss a workable solution.
If the entire balance is not paid by the due date, CaroMont Health may apply finance charges, late fees and/or the reasonable costs and fees of collection. If your account becomes past due, CaroMont Health will take appropriate action to recover the amount due.
