The CareMount Medical patient portal allows you to manage your healthcare on your schedule. Enrolling is simple. You can either call us to get started or use the form located on the Contact Us page .
You will receive a message “Your request has been successfully submitted”. The system will process your request. You usually get it within the hour to your CareMount Portal Inbox, but it may take up to 24 hours for your records to download.
MyChart is for everyone. If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account. You can even manage your child’s health information or request proxy access for other family members (such as elderly parents) with permission. MyChart is completely free and easy to use.
