Patient Portal Help Line: (914) 242-1555 You will receive a message “Your request has been successfully submitted”. The system will process your request. You usually get it within the hour to your CareMount Portal Inbox, but it may take up to 24 hours for your records to download.

Who can sign up for MyChart?

MyChart is for everyone. If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account.
