Dr Hernandez is unprofessional, uncaring of her patients. She lacks communications and responses to her patients. Does not do her due diligence on following through on her patients concern or issues.

One Star

Staff is terrible. They do the bare minimum. Takes days to get a simple referral. There is no follow up, genuine concern or professionalism. Be ready to do all the leg work yourself, because this staff only sees you as a number and a dollar sign.

Professional

I have been a patient of Dr. Hernandez for several years now. I’ll admit, when I first met her I found her nature a little too quiet for my taste. I later realized that this is who she is. She is definitely a professional. She knows who I am and remembers my medical history. She is thorough and cares about my health.

AMAZING

I have had a great experience with Dr Hernandez and her office staff they ate very through and friendly. they always follow up and and Dr always answers email. they go over and beyond with scheduling.

Negligence

Let me begin by saying that my visit with Dr. Hernandez was the worst! The first day I went, it took the front staff 30 minutes to provide me with new patient paperwork and ONLY because I mentioned that I had been waiting for quite a long time after my scheduled appt. Otherwise, they probably wouldn't have ever noticed.
