Clean your hands often

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

Avoid close contact

Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.

Cover coughs and sneezes

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.

Wear a facemask if you are sick

If you are sick: You should wear a facemask when you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office.

Clean and disinfect

Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.

Office Hours

Appointments are required prior to seeing patients. Same day appointments will be made when possible, but may not always be available due to patient volume. To schedule an appointment, please call 252-689-6333 during regularly scheduled business hours. Our office hours are:

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork. New patients should arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment if desired.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and any past-due account balances at the time of service. Past-due balances will be sent to collections after 60 days. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. If you are self-pay, please contact our office before your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event there is no call/no show prior to your scheduled appointment, there will be a 50.00 No show fee applied to your account balance.

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours. Please call us at (252) 689-6333 or send us a message through the patient portal for any requests.

Holter monitors are worn 1 to 3 days to look for abnormal heart rhythms. Event monitors are a loop recording device worn for an extended period of time to record the heart’s activity.
