How do I Reset my Password for the patient web portal?

Click on “having trouble logging in” on the sign-in screen of the portal. Complete the required fields to reset your password. This service is still new and we are constantly updating areas. We welcome any suggestions you may have about the Patient Web Portal. Comments or technical issues may be emailed to request@endocrinemd.net .

How to see lab results?

To see your labs, click on the lab/diagnostic imaging tab. Your labs will be listed individually by date. Just click on the name of the lab to see the value, a normal range and any notes your physician may have written.

Can you give out a patient's username and password over the phone?

Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone. Once you have your username and password, please keep them in a safe place. Use this link to access the portal:

Download the Healow app or visit healow.com to create an account and link our office to your profile. Healow allows patients to view their records and family health information, and connect to your doctor through TeleVisits. Use the provider code below to connect with us and access your records!
