It is important that unusual stressors have not just occurred such as a blood draw or receiving an IV treatment. It is not possible to do an MSA when undergoing an IV therefore is you wish to do an IV or have labs drawn the day of your follow-up office visit, these will either have to be done after the MSA is complete or you will need to select a non-MSA office visit slot if you wish to get the lab or IV treatment prior to the office visit.
