A third shuttle (Green Line) is available on an on-call basis and runs from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital to CRCH, Park View, TSG, HR at 1212 Third Street and CASB.
For financial assistance, we use the Federal Poverty Guidelines published and updated yearly in the Federal Register, along with a Financial Assistance Application developed by Carilion, to determine eligibility. Guest Services employees are the welcoming staff at the information desks throughout Carilion facilities. Their title perfectly captures their role: They serve patients and guests by creating a warm and welcoming environment that enhances the patient experience. Guest Services assists in several ways, from helping with patient registration to providing patient room numbers to visitors and assisting with business services. They conduct hospital tours and tours of the obstetric floor for expectant parents.

Parking attendants assist patients and guests seven days a week at the hospital’s front entrance. They offer assisted parking, wheelchair assistance, wayfinding and a special-needs parking area. These dedicated staff members offer a special touch to ensure that patients and guests are safely escorted from their cars into the facility.

Volunteers provide service to patients, guests and staff in 38 different assignment areas and generally work between three and five hours, one day a week.
Valet service is provided for those arriving in the early morning hours as space is available. Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:45 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Take a garage elevator to the first floor to reach the walkway that connects the garage to the ground floor lobby. More parking is available in the Riverwalk Parking Deck off Jefferson St., which connects to the walkway across the river to the front entrance.
To register with Carilion Bill Pay, you'll need a copy of your billing statement so you can enter the guarantor number, which is found in the upper right-hand corner. You'll create a unique user name and password that you will use each time you log in to Carilion Bill Pay.
About Text to Pay. To sign up, log in to Carilion Bill Pay and navigate to the Phone and Text Settings screen, then toggle on the Enable Text to Pay option.
If you are responsible for any costs after your visit, you'll receive a statement showing what you owe. By understanding your statement, you're on track to proactively manage your health care.
Carilion Bill Pay will integrate with MyChart. If you use MyChart, you'll need to enter your Carilion Bill Pay user name and password once in MyChart, and sign the single sign-on agreement. After that, you will automatically be logged in to Carilion Bill Pay when you log in to MyChart.
