How to register for CareSpace?

Step 1. Let the front office staff at our practice know that you’d like to register for CareSpace and provide them with your email address. Step 2. Check your email for a CareSpace invitation from our practice. The email will have details on the patient portal and a sign-up link. Step 3. Open the email and click “Complete Your Registration”.

How long does it take for lab results to be released?

Per new regulatory guidelines from CMS, all health information (including lab results) must be released to a patient within 4 business days of when the results were available to clinicians. As such, lab results will be released to CareSpace after your doctor signs them, or after 4 business days.

Can you limit someone's access to CareSpace?

At this time, you cannot limit their access, and you cannot revoke someone’s access once you’ve invited them.

Is CareSpace a HIPAA compliant site?

Yes, CareSpace uses the latest security standards and your information will stay private and secure. CareSpace is HIPAA compliant, and ONC 2015 certified. CareSpace access is only permitted to authorized users who have been given access privileges and verified through a registration process.
