How long does it take for CNE to respond to an emergency?

However, delays may occur based upon message volume, availability of staff, the complexity of the patient's condition, or technology disruptions. Therefore, CNE cannot guarantee that messages will be responded to, so you should allow at least three (3) business days for a response. We are only able to respond to patient communications based on the information provided by the patient. If there is insufficient information provided, we will be unable to provide reliable or accurate response.

Does CNE endorse MyChart?

MyChart may offer links to related medical Web sites not managed by CNE. These Web site link (s) are for a patient's informational purposes only. CNE does not endorse and has not verified the accuracy of the information in/on these Web sites, and the patient should not rely on any of the information found on the Web sites for purposes of treatment or diagnosis.

Does MyChart keep records?

Your health care provider (s) will maintain and update your electronic record at each office visit. However, if you believe any information displayed in MyChart is not accurate, you are encouraged to notify your health care provider at your next office visit.

Step 1: Log in to MyChart. Step 2: Go to "Account Settings" and click "Communication Preferences". Step 3: Under "Health" deselect emails and/or text messages for test results. CNme does not currently push portal notifications to your phone or device.

How to opt out of HIE?

Patients have the option to opt out of having your information shared between providers that use an HIE by completing the “ Opt Out” form here or by asking the patient’s treating provider office or Health Information Management Department.

What is CNE online?

Your CNE online health records allow you to securely share information with your care providers, but can also literally be a lifesaver. In an emergency, you can quickly give emergency personnel vital information, such as a disease you're being treated for, previous surgeries or hospitalizations, medications you take, allergies, and how to contact your primary care doctor.

Can you see your results on a patient portal?

Yes. Only you (and those you have permitted access to your patient portal, known as a Proxy) will be able to see your results.

Can you get your test results through portal?

Because most all your visit notes, including progress notes, discharge summaries, procedure notes and other clinical documentation as well as most testing results will now be available through you portal. Testing results will be released to you promptly once they are finalized, therefore you may receive notification of your results before a provider has had a chance to review them.
