Our secure patient portal gives you access to your confidential personal health information around the clock, not just during office hours. The Willis-Knighton Health System is pleased to offer you an opportunity to be more in touch with your health information from your care at Willis-Knighton.

A patient portal account is an online tool that gives you anytime access to your personal health records and enables you to take proactive role in managing your care. FollowMyHealth® by Allscripts is Cardiology Associates’ patient portal provider.
Where is the WK catherization office located?
The office is situated above the Willis-Knighton Medical Center (North) Emergency room and WKN Catherization lab on the third floor of the WK Heart Hospital.

Appointment Scheduling
All visits to our office should be scheduled, including same day and urgent care appointments. If you need to ask questions about your appointment or to change it, please call our office at (800) 256-1100.
Required Patient Forms
Save time by completing your new patient information online before your visit. Other signature paperwork will need your signature but must be completed the day of your appointment in our office.

Insurance
Our office accepts most insurance plans. Please verify with your insurance company that we are listed as participating providers. We will file all charges to your insurance plan. However, your agreement with your Insurance Company is strictly between you and them. Any remaining balance will be your responsibility and due immediately.

We are unable to release any information to anyone without your written consent on the required Alternate Contact Form. Your information is privacy-protected.
